- Manage and oversee planned construction and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure all works are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

- Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate budgets and schedules to meet project timelines.

Profile
A successful Planned Works Surveyor should have:
- Relevant qualifications in construction, surveying, or a related field.
- Experience in managing planned works within the not-for-profit sector.
