Project Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Kemble & Avonmouth (alternating weekly) + remote
Contract: 2 days per week

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an organised and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate activity across their sites in Kemble and Avonmouth. This is a part-time position (2 days per week), with one day on-site (alternating between sites weekly) and one day working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines.

  • Oversee governance, including risks, issues, and action tracking.

  • Develop and maintain project plans and reporting tools.

  • Produce and present clear project documentation and presentation packs.

  • Take and distribute accurate meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up on actions.

  • Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate effective communication across sites.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Fit-out project experience is desirable.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient with MS Office and project management tools.

  • Able to work independently across both on-site and remote environments.
