Home based Supervising Social Worker
Location: South West England
salary up to 40,000 per annum
NonStop Consulting is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the South West of England, in order to find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
This is a home based role so you will have a lot of flexibility with your schedule.
Responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker:
The Supervising Social Worker in this role will oversee a caseload of about 10 foster families in the South West of England. They are allocating the caseload in line with the location of the Social Worker, so the foster families will not be too far from home, reducing travel.

The role doesn't include completing Form F assessments, you will be responsible for supervising the foster families only.
They offer 28 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday (increase to 32 days + 8 days bank holiday with length of service) plus birthday off.
Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and you have experience in fostering. You must have a Social Work qualification and a driving license also.
