The home prides itself on delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a calm and friendly environment. The home are now seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Nurse to join their professional team.

The Role
As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of residents during night hours. You will work closely with our care team to provide exceptional clinical care, support residents with dignity and respect, and maintain clear and accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Delivering high standards of nursing care throughout the night

·       Overseeing the care team and offering clinical guidance

·       Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding to any changes

·       Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation

·       Ensuring a safe, calm, and supportive environment

About You
We are looking for a nurse who is:

·       A registered nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN

·       Confident working autonomously during night shifts

·       Kind, patient, and committed to person-centred care

·       Skilled in communication and teamwork

·       Organised, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure
