Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Interim Disrepair Surveyor to join one of our Bristol based clients on a full time, temporary ongoing contract
Daily duties of the Interim Disrepair Surveyor:
- Manage complaints received as a legal claim (Housing Condition Claim) working in partnership with the clients' legal services
- Ensure all legal claims within Repairs and Maintenance are successfully investigated. actioned and completed
- Carry out repairs, condition/improvements surveys and inspections on a variety of different properties
- Manage all aspects of disrepair cases, including developing and maintaining a comprehensive programme of works and project reports, initiating and updating project documentation, administering contracts and monitoring on-site progress and quality of work
- Carry out thorough inspections related to Damp, Mould and Disrepair on a variety of different properties
Essential requirements of the Interim Disrepair Surveyor:
- Previous experience carrying out Disrepair Surveys on domestic properties
- Previously worked within Social Housing
- Full UK Driver's License and access to own vehicle
