Job Opportunity: Temporary Receptionist
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our busy automotive dealership in Patchway. This is a 12-week temporary contract, starting as soon as possible.
Location: Patchway
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Contract: 12 weeks, temporary
Pay: 12.26 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers into the dealership with a warm and professional approach
- Offer refreshments (tea, coffee, water) and ensure visitors feel comfortable while waiting to meet sales or service advisors
- Handle incoming calls to the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department (sales, service, parts, etc.)
- Respond to customer enquiries and messages promptly and courteously
- Liaise with the sales and service teams to keep the customer experience smooth and efficient
- Maintain a professional, tidy, and welcoming reception and showroom environment
About You:
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a polite, professional manner
- Confident working in a busy dealership environment, juggling visitors, calls, and messages
- Friendly, approachable, and well-presented at all times.
- Comfortable using phones, email, and basic computer systems
- Reliable, punctual, and organised with a proactive attitude
