My client is looking for a Design Engineer to join their team with the view to invest into their training and development to fast track their progression. This company are a specialist supplier to multiple leading Automotive manufacturers and Formula 1 teams and have recently invested in expanding their manufacturing capabilities.

This is a key role for the company, and you will be working on projects for a range of clients in different industries. You will be joining an experienced design team that will be on hand to support your development in the company.

The Role:

* Working on projects for automotive, motorsport and many more industries

* Liaising between internal departments and key clients

* Training and development into an autonomous senior role

The Candidate:

* Previous experience within Automotive, Composites or Motorsport

* Previous experience in a Design Engineer or similar position

* Commutable to Melton Mowbray
