Line Leader

Great opportunity to work as a Line Leader for our client's site which manufactures Italian Ready Meals for Marks and Spencer.

Staffline is recruiting a Line Leader in Boston.

The rate of pay is:
- Days £15.39 per hour
- Nights £16.65 per hour

There is a free shuttle bus from Boston to get to work!

Temp to perm opportunity!

This is a full-time role working a continental shift pattern and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a line leader, you are responsible for ensuring the line is equipped and set up correctly to the recipe. You need to ensure you have the correct labour in place to run the line and that the line runs to optimum efficiency.

You will need to be an excellent people person. Demonstrating ethical and compassionate behaviors towards others.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have previous experience working as a Line Leader in food manufacturing is desirable. However if you have other food manufacturing skilled experience, whether that be in hygiene or cookers, we would be very interested to hear from you.

Please note this role involves working in a chilled environment.
