Your new companyWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the Revenues & Benefits team at Sandwell Council on a full-time temporary basis.Your new roleTo identify and deal with inbound customer queries through multiple communication channels, which primarily will include face-to-face, telephone and written communication. Ensuring a high level of customer care is delivered at all times, ensuring customers are dealt with efficiently and effectively at the first point of contact. You will provide a high-quality service by providing guidance, advice and information about service issues to taxpayers and /or their agents and contribute to the Business Units ability to comply with legislation, office practices, service standards, Council Policies and contractual obligations within the administration of Revenue & Benefits.If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
