We are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join a busy and growing team. The Internal Sales Executive, will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Duties
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cold calling and networking leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Engage with existing and new customers to ensure expectations are met
- Understand and demonstrate the company products and services to the customer
- Maintain and report customer feedback, sales data and customer sales trends
- Work closely with the sales and quotation department to ensure customer requirements are met
- Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the process
- Update and maintain the customer database
Requirements
- Proven experience in an internal sales or proactive sales role
- Able to communicate, present and influence over the phone
- Able to drive sales to meet targets and budgets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to upsell company strengths and new product ranges
