Clinical Deputy Manager

Bridgnorth , Wolverhampton

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm - 40 hour contract

 

Time Recruitment is supporting a medium sized care group with over 32 homes collectively in their search for a Clinical Deputy Manager to support this outstanding service as it undergoes a period of change!

 

The service is a 65-bedded Nursing and Residential Service with dementia care, now seeking a dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to join their team due to progression! You will work closely with the new Home Manager; who was the deputy and she will be taking over in the New Year.

 

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:

 

-              Lead and support clinical teams within the home

-              Work alongside the Home Manager to ensure high standards of care and governance

-              Oversee clinical systems and contribute to continuous improvement

-              Provide resilience and stability, bringing longevity and commitment to the role

 

What We're Looking For in our NEW Clinical Deputy Manager:

 

-              Proven experience managing clinical teams in social care

-              Active PIN registration or strong clinical background

-              Excellent knowledge of clinical care systems and governance

-              Strong leadership skills with resilience and reliability
