EHCP Casework Officer needed in Oldbury Paying  £30 per hr ref 450155

Full time hours on a temporary basis

We are seeking dedicated and experienced EHCP Casework Officers (SEND) to join the team. While the role primarily involves remote work, there will be a need to attend limited face-to-face meetings.

This opportunity has arisen due to a restructure of funding and resources into the EHCP statutory side, with a potential chance of extension, subject to confirmation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of children and young people with SEND.
  • Coordinate person-centred, outcome-focused EHC needs assessments and reviews.
  • Develop clear, concise, and accessible EHC Plans.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with national legislation and local policy.
  • Provide advice and guidance to schools and settings.
  • Conduct annual reviews and amend EHC Plans within statutory timescales.
  • Promote positive working relationships with parents, schools, and practitioners.
