- Pricing of variations
- Completing interim valuations
- Valuing sub-contractor accounts
- Assisting with tenders and framework bids
- Planning, managing, and monitoring commercial activities to meet project objectives
- Ensuring profit targets are met and margins are maximised
- Reviewing and submitting all Applications for Payment
- Finalising completed jobs for invoicing
- Reviewing and approving contra charges and cost transfer
Requirements:
- Experience using NHF Schedule of Rates
- Strong business analysis and reporting skills
- Flexible and willing to support colleagues during busy periods
