- Service Delivery & Quality Oversight: Lead and monitor communal service delivery, building safety checks, scheme audits, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met across the portfolio.
- Team & Performance Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff; manage performance, conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings; and handle disciplinary and sickness procedures.
- Resident & Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with residents, partners, and agencies; coordinate engagement activities and local initiatives to build community pride and involvement.
- Risk, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and fire safety standards; maintain up-to-date risk assessments and ensure proper use and training of safety equipment.
- Budget, Contracts & Reporting: Manage budgets and service charges transparently, oversee contracts, ensure accurate reporting and performance data, and drive continuous service improvement.
- Proven experience in team leadership, estate services delivery or managing a direct labour team
- Understanding of health & safety, safeguarding, and compliance within housing or similar environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills; capable of managing change, solving problems and coaching teams
