If you're an ambitious Tax Senior; looking for an opportunity to become Tax Partner (with equity) this is an unbelievable opportunity for you.

Positions like this just don't come around that often; you'll be joining with a clearly mapped out career path to becoming Partner within 2 years (sooner if you are already further along in your career).

There will be nobody above you in the tax department to stunt your growth; there is no waiting for people to retire or move on - this is a pro-active and strategic appointment by the partners as part of their future plans.

Currently going through a growth faze the plan is to bring someone in and mentor, develop and train them so they can run the tax department with the support of the rest of the senior leadership team.

The role will evolve over time but you will ultimately be running the team and controlling all aspects of their tax service along with training and mentoring junior members of staff.

Naturally your role will focus on the more complex tax projects; along with reviewing the work of the tax team.

You will be given the freedom to introduce your own processes and encouraged by the partners to shape things in your style of working.
