We're seeking a highly organised, empathetic, and proactive School Administrator to become an integral part of our dynamic team.







About the Role

As a School Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of the school and a key point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors. You'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting the senior leadership team, and ensuring our school remains a safe, nurturing environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and professional reception service

  • Maintain and manage accurate pupil records and school databases (SIMS experience desirable)

  • Coordinate daily school administrative duties, including attendance, admissions, and pupil transport

  • Support safeguarding processes, working closely with the DSL

  • Assist with HR, finance, and facilities-related tasks as needed

  • Manage communication between home, school, and external agencies

  • Has experience working in a school or similar setting

  • Is confident, calm, and adaptable in a busy environment

  • Understands or has a willingness to learn about SEMH needs and trauma-informed practice

  • Has excellent ICT skills, including MS Office and SIMS (or similar systems)

  • Can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality at all times
