Job Title: Electric Vehicle Technical Support Technical SolutionsLocation: Oldham
Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm early finish Friday Salary: £33k to £36k (negotiable) Benefits: Company Bonus + Package
Responsibilities* Supporting customers with general queries and service-related issues* Training clients on new products* Monitoring service projects from start to finish whilst providing excellent customer service* Liaising with the workshop and field service teams to ensure service is carried out effectively and efficiently* Leading and mentoring service team* Assisting the after-sales team where required* Carrying out all related administrative tasks

RequirementsThe company have a preference for an individual from a similar background either in electric vehicles, commercial vehicles or material handling due to the requirements of the role. an individual from this sector would also be a possibility as would individuals from other sectors with strong pneumatic experience. You will be to lead a team and mentor them when needed. In terms of location, you will need to be based within commutable distance of Oldham & Northern Manchester.
