Mpeople are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operators to join the
expanding team of our Oldham based client.
This role will work on temp to perm basis and will lead to a permanent position once your
probation period has been completed.
Role: Machine Operator
Location: Oldham
Salary: 12.21per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06.30AM TO 3.00PM
Your role as a Machine Operator will include:
- Operating machinery to assist with the manufacturing process
- Working at the end of the line to ensure finished products are checked and packed before
dispatch
- Performing quality checks on finished products ensure they meet the correct standards
- Weighing and mixing materials
- Checking formulas to ensure correct requirements are met
- Changing the line where necessary
- Storing finished products until they are ready to be dispatched
- Completing manual handling and lifting tasks where necessary

Skills required for this role:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Experience operating printing machines would be advantageous
- Maths skills are required
