About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our BA Practice on a permanent, full-time basis.  Our core office base is in Oldham with a hybrid working style, giving flexibility for some home working. In this important role you’ll shape, develop, and own end-to-end business solutions, business analysis activities, and the development and management of business requirements to deliver the benefits identified across projects in our change portfolio.

You will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects that span across a range of directorates throughout the business. You’ll be a part of a dynamic team who truly value each other’s contributions and innovative ways of thinking. We are brought together by our determination to provide solutions that really improve the way our business operates – knowing that what we do ensures we can continue to best serve our customers and achieve our social purpose.

This is a great time to work for Guinness and our Business Change team. Our plans are ambitious and, as a result, the team is ever developing and growing. As an organisation we are committed to investing in our people and in technology that will continue to support our strategic aims and enable continued business improvement through the implementation of our Digital and Data Strategy.

Over the last few years we have migrated our CRM system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and our Finance and HR systems to Oracle cloud.  Our Plans are ambitious.  We will continue to introduce new functionality to improve the services we provide to our colleagues and customers, in parallel to delivering our Roadmaps for Asset Management & Repairs, Residents & Neighbourhoods, and Digital and Data.

About youWe’re a customer-focussed organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be a knowledgeable Business Analyst with a proven track record of working on a range of projects end-to-end, but you’ll also have great problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and a passion for what we do as an organisation.
