Our client, a leading provider of social housing services, has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Joiner to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary of 34,893.00 along with additional company van, fuel card, and excellent benefits.

• Carry out various Joinery tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including:
• Replacement and rehanging internal / external doors
• Repair / Replace locking mechanisms.
• Repair / Replace kitchen units and worktops.
• Repair / Replace floors and carcasing.
• Repair / Replace UPVC / Aluminum windows and doors.
• Skirtings architraves and capping
• Studding and staircases
• Roof timbers

• Minimum of a City and Guilds Parts I, II or NVQ Level 2 in Joinery
• A valid driving license is essential
• Previous Social Housing Experience
• Professional attitude and approach to work
