What the Joiner will need:
- NVQ or Equivalent
- Full clean drivers license
- Own tools
- Experience in the social housing sector
What the Joiner will be doing:
- Day to day repairs and maintenance
- Voids property refurbishment
- Aluminium and UPVC window and door replacement
What the Joiner will receive:
- Annual salary of £35,000
- Company van and fuel card
