Head Chef
The Holiday Inn Manchester Oldham offers a range of modern cuisine using fresh foods that with locally sourced suppliers, all of which complement the stylish surroundings. The hotel also has a large function facility where we host weddings, functions and conferences for up to 350 guests, making it one of the largest in the area.
We are looking for an experienced Chef to help maintain our high standards. The applicant must have a solid background with functions and events. Will be financially aware of food costs and GP margins, they must be able to manage a kitchen efficiently and deliver team training along with ideas for generating business.

Ideally from a hotel background you will have experience of catering for large conference and events including weddings and bespoke private functions. Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
