The site is set within a beautifully scenic part of the country and offers excellent locally sourced produce used to create a mouth-watering a la carte menu brimming with modern British dishes.
The pub is cosy and rustic, with exposed wooden beams and open fireplaces to create a warm and homely atmosphere.

The kitchen is modern and excellently equipped and the Head Chef, who you will work with closely, leads his team in a calm and collected manner.
As Pastry Chef you will:
- Be working on the Pastry section of the kitchen preparing all manner of pastries, desserts, breads and ice creams
- Be passionate, talented and hardworking and have the drive and determination to work hard to help this kitchen maintain the highest standards
- Provide support across other areas of the kitchen as required
- Have a background within fresh food establishments
