Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000neg

The role of the Estimator - Flooring Systems will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with a range of various commercial flooring projects such as vinyl, laminate, wood, carpets and carpet tile
- Reviewing tender documents and gaining an understanding of specifications and requirements
- Meeting with clients to gain an understanding of project requirements where required
- Conducting surveys and measurements to compile quotes
- Producing accurate quotations to client
- Following up quotations to convert sales
- Estimating for projects ranging in value from £2k up to £250k+
- Prioritise own workload to ensure customers’ deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Flooring Systems with:
- Must have estimating experience within the construction industry
- Ideally will be familiar with various flooring systems such as; vinyl flooring, carpet flooring, wood, laminate, carpet tiles, matting & safety flooring
- Excellent relationship building experience
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good understanding of CRM System
- Self-driven, results orientated with ability to multi task
- Robust, positive outlook and team player
- Mental agility, enthusiastic and articulate
