Position: Contract Manager
Role Overview:
- Join our Building Maintenance company as a Contract Manager.
- Manage both reactive and planned works on various buildings, including education facilities, sports and leisure sites, and commercial buildings.
- Lead a team of 5 engineers.
- Oversee the management of 2 large sites and multiple smaller sites, totaling between 40 and 50 sites.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of services, including PPM and Extra Works, within a 2 million contract value.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (42.5 hours per week).
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to £52,000 per annum.
