Position: Contract Manager

Role Overview:

  • Join our Building Maintenance company as a Contract Manager.
  • Manage both reactive and planned works on various buildings, including education facilities, sports and leisure sites, and commercial buildings.
  • Lead a team of 5 engineers.
  • Oversee the management of 2 large sites and multiple smaller sites, totaling between 40 and 50 sites.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of services, including PPM and Extra Works, within a 2 million contract value.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (42.5 hours per week).
