The Role
We are looking for a mechanically skilled Valve Technician to join our client’s busy Oldham workshop. You’ll work under general supervision, handling a wide variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks in the servicing, repair, and maintenance of industrial valves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintain a wide range of industrial valves
- Operate light and medium-duty equipment safely and effectively
- Work to precise technical specifications and customer requirements
- Carry out quality checks to ensure repairs meet high standards
- Undertake occasional site work, including overnight stays when required
- Participate in weekend and overtime work when necessary to meet customer demand
