Together, we are seeking to appoint a graduate-level Assistant Head of Year to join their dedicated pastoral team as soon as possible.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in pastoral support or SEN (Special Educational Needs) within UK secondary schools. The role will continue into the next academic year, offering both continuity and the chance to make a real impact on pupils' lives.The Role:As Assistant Head of Year, you will work closely with the Head of Year to provide high-quality pastoral care and behaviour management across a designated year group.
