Secondary schools across Oldham are seeking Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistants to support students academically and emotionally, helping them overcome barriers and thrive in a supportive environment.

About the Role:
* Support students with SEMH needs in both group settings and on a 1:1 basis
* Assist in delivering tailored learning programmes and emotional regulation strategies
* Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and self-esteem
* Help create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to ensure every child is supported

What We're Looking For:
* A recent UK Psychology graduate (or related field)
* Experience working with children/young people with SEMH needs
* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
* Passionate about education and making a difference
* Able to commit to a role from September 2025
* A DBS registered to the Update Service
* Able to provide references covering the last 2 years
