About Us:
We are currently supporting a forward-thinking and nurturing primary school in Oldham seeking a dedicated Level 3 EYFS TA to join their Early Years team in September 2025. The school has a strong commitment to early childhood education and offers a welcoming and collaborative environment for both staff and pupils.

Your Role:
As a valued member of the Early Years team, you will:

Support the class teacher in delivering a rich and engaging EYFS curriculum.

Help set up creative and play-based activities that promote learning through exploration.

Foster strong relationships with children to support their emotional and social development.

Provide additional support to pupils with SEN or speech and language needs.

Contribute to a stimulating, well-organised learning environment.

What Were Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.

Experience working in a nursery or reception class.

Strong interpersonal skills and a nurturing, child-centred approach.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team.



Eligibility Requirements:

Right to Work in the UK.

Enhanced DBS certificate (on the Update Service or willing to apply).

Two professional child-related references.

Up-to-date safeguarding training (training available if needed).
