- You'll handle a range of commercial property matters with support and supervision from senior colleagues where needed. Typical work includes:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
- Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
- Property development and site acquisitions
- Lease renewals, licences, and surrenders
- Property finance and refinancing matters
- Supporting corporate transactions involving property elements
- You'll be encouraged to build long-term client relationships and contribute to the department's continued success.
About You:
- At least 2 years' PQE with solid experience in commercial property
- Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Good technical knowledge across key areas of commercial real estate
- Approachable, client-focused, and commercially minded
- Strong communication and organisational skills
