  • You'll handle a range of commercial property matters with support and supervision from senior colleagues where needed. Typical work includes:
  • Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
  • Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
  • Property development and site acquisitions
  • Lease renewals, licences, and surrenders
  • Property finance and refinancing matters
  • Supporting corporate transactions involving property elements
  • You'll be encouraged to build long-term client relationships and contribute to the department's continued success.

About You:

  • At least 2 years' PQE with solid experience in commercial property
  • Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Good technical knowledge across key areas of commercial real estate
