Reporting to the Engineering Manager the role of the Mechanical Design Engineer is to deliver conceptual designs to meet specific customer specifications according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes liaising with a range of internal teams to organise resources and ensure the customers specific requirements are met. You must have at least three years' experience as a mechanical design engineer and good working knowledge of machined mechanical products.

- Design products from first principles as per the customer specification
- Produce BOMs
- Liaise with sales/projects/production/operations/etc to ensure the timely and cost effective completion of design projects
- Handle multiple design projects at the same time to meet company deadlines
Mechanical Design Engineer - Skills and Abilities - Mechanical Engineer / Design Engineer / CAD / / AutoCAD / CNC / Machining
- Degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' industrial experience in a mechanical engineering role
- Proficiency in 3D CAD design (e.g., Solid Edge, Inventor).
