Your new companyYou will be working for a leading social housing contractor throughout the North-West on a long-term, temporary contract.

Your new role

  • Carry out internal and external plastering repairs and full re-skims in occupied and void properties.
  • Prepare surfaces for plastering, including removing old plaster, patching, bonding, and applying finishing coats.
  • Work alongside other trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers, decorators) to complete multi-trade jobs.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, housing officers, and supervisors to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Identify and report any additional repair needs or safeguarding concerns.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within social housing or domestic settings.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plastering (or time-served experience).
  • Full UK driving licence (if role includes travel between properties).
