Description
As the Planning Manager you will,
- Observe and review current planning processes, with a view to developing and implement planning strategies to optimise supply chain operations
- Working closely with Sales, you will coordinate procurement and inventory management to meet customer demands
- Through effective reporting, monitor and analyse supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning objectives with business goals
- Contribute as part of the senior leadership team, supporting business objectives
- Lead and mentor the planning team to build engagement and achieve objectives
- Resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions or delays efficiently
Profile
The successful Planning Manager should have:
- Track record of managing a Far East, long lead time, supply chain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise planning processes
- Effective leadership skills to develop and engage a team
- Ability to be "hands on", and willing to work as one of the team when needed
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from 65,000 to 70,000 per annum.
