Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting a Primary Teacher on behalf of a two-form entry Primary School in Oldham to cover from September 2025 until July 2026. This is a full time, long-term role with a salary from £162.31 - £223.63 per day. Please note, pay rate will increase in line with any government agreed pay increases to teachers.About the schoolWe are recruiting for a Yr3 Teacher on behalf of a friendly, popular and successful primary school in Oldham. This school have a clear vision, to ensure the highest standards of education for children of all abilities and to be a central hub for the local community. The school is inclusive and very welcoming to all. There is a real 'family feel' with every department working together for the greater good. About the roleWe are looking for an innovative and inspirational teacher to teach a Yr3 class for the next academic year. The school is 2 form entry, as such you will be joining an established team of teachers and teaching assistants across the year group. They adopt a team teach process which means that responsibility is shared among the team, leaning to a better work life balance. As a result, Yr3 experience is not a necessity. There is plenty of support on hand and lot of incentives and encouragement for the children to ensure engagement is maintained. There is also an opportunity for a TLR. This will be a 12-month role with a view to making it permanent if all is working well.
