Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant

Various Partner Schools | Full-time & Part-time | Short & Long-Term Contracts Available

Milk Education is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and adaptable Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 within our partner Primary Schools. Whether you're looking for short-term supply work or long-term roles, we’d love to hear from you.

We're looking for individuals who are confident supporting across all primary key stages and can help deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences.

Your Role: Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in planning and preparing resources to support lesson delivery and learning outcomes
  • Set up and clear away classroom materials (books, art supplies, AVA equipment, etc.)
  • Maintain classroom organisation and resources
  • Supervise individuals or small groups under teacher guidance, adjusting activities as needed
  • Monitor pupil progress and communicate feedback to teaching staff
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Promote pupil independence and engagement in learning tasks

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with individuals or groups to support learning across the full curriculum
  • Build caring, supportive relationships that promote self-esteem and respect
  • Understand and respond effectively to pupils’ academic, emotional, or behavioural needs
  • Help design and deliver learning activities and resources with class teachers
  • Motivate and guide pupils, promoting independent learning and positive behaviour
  • Provide supervision and support as directed by the class teacher and/or SENCo
