- You will manage your own caseload of private client matters from instruction to completion, including:
- Drafting Wills and Trusts
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Court of Protection matters
- Inheritance Tax and estate planning
- You'll be dealing with a loyal client base and will be expected to provide clear, compassionate, and professional advice, maintaining the high standards the firm is known for in the local community.
About You:
- Ideally 2+ years' experience handling a range of private client matters (qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced paralegal considered)
- Able to manage files independently with minimal supervision
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with case management systems is advantageous
