Our client is a trusted specialist in roofing and building envelope solutions, delivering high-quality projects across the UK. With a growing portfolio of commercial and residential clients, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.


As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You'll manage costs, contracts, and valuations while working closely with project managers, clients, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for projects ranging between 300k - 1.5million.

  • Managing contracts and tender processes

  • Monitoring project costs and reporting financial progress

  • Negotiating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a subcontractor or main contractor

  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Relevant degree or professional qualifications preferred
