Due to increased business levels and internal promotions, our clients based in the Oldham area, are seeking a Property Manager to join their team. The role will require someone with experience in Lettings / Property Management and has a driving licence.

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
  • No Saturdays
  • Alternate Sundays 10am-1pm

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

To be considered for the role of Property Manager you must have:

  • Experience in industry
  • Be highly organised and have a positive work ethic
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Organise and manage your time and workload
  • Computer literate
  • Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Driving licence and own car

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

  • Carry out Property inspections
  • Dealing with maintenance issues
  • Liaising with tenants, Landlords and Contractors
  • General admin duties
  • Occasionally attending viewings
