Our client, is a leadingcivil engineering main contractor, and is seeking aFreelanceSite Agent to manage the delivery of a complex infrastructure and civilspackage on water scheme in Oldham, this project is running for 8 months.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site activities and coordinate subcontractors

Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec

Drive progress in line with programme and reporting requirements

Manage site documentation, HSEQ compliance, and RAMS

Liaise with design, commercial, and planning teams

Support snagging, QA, and client handover stages
Requirements
-
Previous experience as a Site Agent on civils or infrastructure projects
-
Strong knowledge of managing civil engineering projects ranaging from 3 million to 20 million.

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
-
Confident communicator and strong leadership on site
-
Able to start immediately or at short notice
