KS3 English Teacher – Inspire Young Minds with Milk Education!

Are you an enthusiastic and inspiring English Teacher looking to make a difference at Key Stage 3? Milk Education is working with a number of welcoming secondary schools in the Oldham area and we are currently recruiting for talented KS3 English Teachers to join our team.

The Role:

As a KS3 English Teacher, you’ll focus on developing core literacy skills, fostering a love of reading, and guiding students through the foundations of English language and literature. You’ll play a key role in helping young learners build confidence and achieve their potential.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging English lessons for KS3 pupils
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment 
  • Assessing and tracking student progress in line with national curriculum standards 
  • Supporting pupils’ literacy development across reading, writing, speaking and listening 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • QTS or equivalent 
  • Specialism in English or related subject
  • Experience or strong interest in teaching KS3 
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A creative, adaptable, and nurturing approach to teaching
