Are you a passionate and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant or Level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience covering PPA?

Requirements 

To be considered for the role as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will: 

  • Be confident to provide high-quality support across all core subjects (English, Maths, Science, etc.) to Year 1 - Year 6 students
  • Ensure a well-structured learning environment and smooth delivery of lesson plans
  • Mark and provide live feedback to students in a supportive and constructive manner
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills to ensure a positive and focused learning atmosphere
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and staff to monitor student progress and provide targeted support as needed
