The school is situated in the OL2 area and is part of a successful multi-academy trust that values nurture, independence, and resilience, and prides itself on creating a supportive learning environment for both students and staff.
Requirements
To be considered for the role as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Be confident to provide high-quality support across all core subjects (English, Maths, Science, etc.) to Year 1 - Year 6 students
- Ensure a well-structured learning environment and smooth delivery of lesson plans
- Mark and provide live feedback to students in a supportive and constructive manner
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills to ensure a positive and focused learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with the class teacher and staff to monitor student progress and provide targeted support as needed
