We're looking for graduates with strong subject knowledge, a passion for supporting young people, and the drive to make a real difference. You'll work closely with teachers, providing targeted support to students - including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) - helping them reach their full potential.
What we're looking for:
* UK Bachelor's degree in a subject related to the secondary curriculum
* Excellent understanding of core subjects (English, Maths, Science)
* Experience supporting young people - this could be through tutoring, university mentoring schemes, youth work, or similar
* Experience working with students with SEND is highly desirable
* DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
* Ability to provide references covering the last 2 years
* Confident, dedicated, and passionate about education
* Aspiring to train as a teacher in the future (desirable)
