Our Client, Oldham Council is seeking a Children’s Social Worker to join their Duty & Assessment Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Conduct assessments to identify the needs and risks of children within the community.
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children identified as at risk.
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to provide the best outcomes for children.
  • Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings and case reviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring all documentation complies with statutory guidelines.

Requirements of this role:

  • Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
  • Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
