About Us:
Prospero Teaching is working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Oldham that is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This school has a strong ethos of support and inclusion and provides a nurturing environment for children with a wide range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.

Your Role:

As an SEN TA, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with additional needs.

Help deliver targeted interventions and differentiated activities.

Promote emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social development.

Support teachers with classroom organisation and adapting learning materials.

Work closely with the SENCO and external agencies to support EHCP outcomes.

What Were Looking For:
We are looking for someone who has:

A Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.

Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN, including Autism and behavioural needs.

A calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach.

Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to inclusive education.

Eligibility Requirements:

Right to Work in the UK.

Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Two professional references.

Recent safeguarding training (training can be provided if needed).
