We’re seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join the team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be calm, patient and committed to helping every learner reach their full potential.

The ideal SEND Teaching Assistant will:

  • Have prior experience working in an SEND school or specialist provision

  • Be confident supporting pupils with complex needs, MLD, SLD, and non-verbal communication

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)

  • Have strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing, adaptable approach

  • Be proactive and work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
