Contract Type: Contract, full time Monday to Friday 8:15am to 3pm.

Start Date: September 2025 to December 2025 (could be ongoing for the right Food Technology Teacher)

Salary: 150 -200 per day (Depending on Experience)

Are you a passionate and fully qualified (QTS) Food Technology Teacher seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Our vibrant secondary school in Oldham are looking for a dedicated Food Technology Teacher to teach classes from KS3 to KS5. This role is full-time and involves teaching, planning and marking. The school are looking for someone who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the Uk.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective lessons to secondary school students, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
2. Planning and Preparation: Develop well-structured and creative lesson plans, tailored to the needs of the students and aligned with the curriculum.
3. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, effectively managing student behavior and fostering a love for technology.
4. Assessment: Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
5. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the department and school community.
