Our client is one of the largest distributors of children's toys in Europe and due to continued growth, they are looking for packing operatives to join their team.
The role will include the following:
- >Packing
- >Reboxing
- >Relabelling
- >Repackaging
>To assist the supervisors in all aspects of the packing lineÂ
> You will be handling various sized boxes and display cases and repacking products for various high street retailers and supermarkets.Â
>Please note this is benchwork so you will be required to stand all day.Â
There will be an element of bending and twisting due to the nature of the products you're handling.Â
This is repetitive, light clean work.Â
>You will be expected to work to both daily and weekly set targets due to the nature of the work and due to their clients' strict deadlines.Â
>Safety boots and hi-vis vest are essential for the position due to working in a warehousing environment.
 >Warm clothing maybe required due to the time of year and the warehouse doors being open.Â
>The hours of work are: 7.00am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.00am to 1.00pm on Fridays.Â
>There will be opportunities for overtime potentially working until 6pm, Monday to Thursday and until 3pm on Fridays
 >Overtime is paid at premium rates and once you have completed your set hours for the week.Â
>You may be asked to work across either of the two sites depending on demands of the business, so flexibility is key.
