The Role:
We're looking for experienced MIG Welders (mild steel) to join a skilled team in BD11. You'll be working with the MAG welding process on high-quality fabrications, with the opportunity to increase your rate after completing customer coding.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
Weld and fabricate to NDT standards
Perform T Fillet and Butt weld tests
Adhere to strict Health & Safety standards
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of MIG welding (mild steel) experience OR
Time-served with relevant qualifications

Day shifts with a solid work/life balance
Overtime after 37.5 hours
Time and a half (Fridays)
Double time (Sundays)
Rates from 16.60/hr, rising to 17.99/hr post-coding
