We’re currently looking for an experienced Mechanic to join their team in Oldmeldrum. This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing company vans, commercial vehicles, and owned plant and equipment – including concrete pumps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service and repair vans and light commercial vehicles

• Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance

• Service, maintain and repair a range of owned plant and equipment

• Undertake servicing and maintenance of concrete pumps

• Fault finding, troubleshooting and completing necessary repairs

• Ensure vehicles and equipment meet safety and legal standards

• Maintain accurate service and repair records

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a mechanic/vehicle technician (commercial vehicle experience desirable)

• Knowledge of plant machinery servicing and repair (training can be provided)

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent) preferred

• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to Oldmeldrum

• A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach
